A plan for everyone!

Tier 1: Unlimited Open Gym
This option is great for people who just want to drop in anytime we are open and train in our gym. No classes, no coaching--just access to the gym during open hours. This option is also great for people who have online coaches!

Mon - Fri 5 pm - 8 pm, Sat 9 am - 5 pm, Sun 9 am - 2 pm
Tier 2: Olympic Weightifting Classes
This option is great for people who just want to train with our USAW certified Weightlifting coaches during regularly scheduled classes. Perfect for people who have their own home gyms but who still want access to professional, in-person coaching!
Currently Scheduled Class Times
Beginner: Mon & Wed 5p - 6p
Intermediate: Mon & Wed 6p - 7p
Fri, Sat, Sunday: Subject to Coach Availability


Tier 3: Unlimited Everything
This option is great for people who want to train with our USAW certified Weightlifting coaches during regularly scheduled classes and want to drop in anytime we are open to train in our gym. Classes, coaching, and access to the gym during open hours. This option is perfect for people who want it all!

Drop-Ins
Open gym and class drop-ins with no membership required! Can't commit to a monthly membership just yet? Or maybe you want to see what we are all about before your pull the trigger on one of our awesome membership plans...

Open Gym
Our open gym drop-in fee is only $5 per visit! If you plan on training more than twice a week, the Tier 1 Membership is a better deal!

Olympic Weightlifting
Our Olympic Weightlifting drop-in fee is only $10 per visit! If you plan on coming to class 2 times or more per month, the Tier 2 Membership is a better deal!

Strongman Saturday
Strongman Saturday is only $10 per visit! Strongman Saturday is included in the Tier 3 Membership!
Saturday 10:00 am - 12:00 Noon
Private Coaching
Private coaching starting at only $25 dollars per session! Open to members and non-members.

Powerlifting
Private SBD (squat, bench, deadlift) coaching available Saturday and Sunday, reach out to Coach Brad for more information: Brad@ClarksvilleBarbellClub.com

Olympic Weightlifting
